Mattia Musetti
Before founding LuxBridge Ventures (LBV), Mattia Musetti worked at Luxembourg for Finance (LFF), Luxembourg’s financial services development agency, from 2019 to 2025, initially as a Business Development Manager and later Head of the North America and India desks. He led business development and government relations in these regions, positioning Luxembourg’s financial industry as a key gateway for North American and Indian investors and business conglomerates. Prior to LFF, Mattia worked as a qualified lawyer and Senior Consultant at Deloitte, specialising in M&A and International Tax planning for North American PERE and Multinational Groups from 2017 to 2019.
